Our team handles all setup and takedown so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Please select the time you would like our team to arrive for setup, not the time your event begins. Tent installation may take up to 90 minutes, depending on site conditions and weather.
We recommend scheduling setup well before guests arrive to ensure everything is ready before your event begins.
Rules & Care ✨
To help keep our tent in excellent condition for every customer, we kindly ask that you:
- Allow setup on a clean, level grass surface with adequate clearance.
- Keep all grills, smokers, fire pits, fireworks, heaters, and open flames outside the tent.
- Decorations may be attached using zip ties, ribbon, string, or fabric ties only.
- Please do not use tape, command strips, adhesives, glue, staples, nails, screws, or any fasteners that could damage the tent.
- Once installed, sidewalls should not be removed, rolled up, or repositioned by customers.
- Please do not hang heavy decorations, lighting, or equipment from the tent frame unless approved in advance.
- Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
